Large overgrown trees overhanging garden

These trees are huge and overhang the garden. It blocks a lot of the sun throughout the Summer and are completely overgrown. They have vines running up through the trees which are beginning to damage my fence and have already damaged next door fence.

  • The dropped pin is way off the location. The location of these trees are on the service road on the left hand side as you pull onto Van Diemans road.

  • Thank you for your report. I have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are
    on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense by
    OCC in the County’s capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that
    is maintainable by south Oxfordshire District Council and not by the County
    Council. You may also wish
    to contact them directly to pursue this enquiry further.
