Trip hazard on pavement and subsidence due to poor mains repair

Both photos indicate pavement subsidence caused after repairs to water main control valve by contracters. The pavement repaired area has progressively sunk causing the surface to crack and become a trip hazard. This pavement is used by children and disabled persons.
