  • Thank you for your report. I have conducted a Land Registry search and also consulted our highway records maps. The resulting searches have confirmed that the land the trees are on are not part of the publicly maintained highway, but is in fact land owned and maintained by Bicester Town Council. We advise you contact the town council directly to further your enquiry.
