Bollard knocked off its plinth

Reported via desktop in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 11:53, Wednesday 11 May 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

One of the permanent bollards on the small traffic island outside Wolvercote Village Hall in Upper Wolvercote has been knocked off its plinth and was in the road, likely to be further damaged if it's not retrieved and fixed quickly. I've moved it on to the island. The other bollard looks a bit wobbly too.
