New LED lights are excessively bright - directed into my bedroom window

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hey - these new lights are really bright - stopping us getting a good night of sleep even with blackout blinds, the small gaps around the edges let in what looks like a spotlight pointed at the window. Please - they are unbearably bright and seem not to be focused downwards.
