Obstacles within the highway boundary

Reported via desktop anonymously at 09:11, Mon 9 May 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

According to the Highways Act 1980 , it is an offence to block, obstruct or damage road verges. This includes rocks, posts, A-boards etc. Yet the lower half of Wharf road have illegally placed large rocks and tree stumps which block legal use of the verge and cause damage to vehicles manoeuvring along the road.

Council ref: ENQ22924210
