Very noisy drain cover

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I had a reply to the report I'd made on this drain cover to say it has been checked and no issues and case closed - but this is not correct. I'm at home now listening to traffic going over it and there is still continuous loud thudding and clanking as vehicles pass over it. When it was fixed about 2 years ago it was silent. It's slowly gone back to being noisy and really disturbing. It really needs moving or covering over as it's in a totally unsuitable position stuck out in the main route of all the traffic!
