Parking on yellow lines

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Cars are parked all the way down compton road (which has double yellow lines) even opposite the entrance to the car park. I came out only to be met head on with a car on my side of the road as it was trying to pass the parked cars in order to get to the car park. This could have led to a nasty accident. Are these roads not patrolled? or is it free parking

  • How long does it take to investigate. Perhaps the police will deal with as some cars are parked in such a way they could cause an accident with cars exiting from the car park
