Flashing yellow 20mph signs for school are on all the time and one on south facing approach has a majority of its LEDs failed.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

These lights which warn motorists at times when schoolchildres are arriving at or leaving school are now on permanently meaning most motorists now ignore them. They are illuminated 24/7 and in addition the one heading south towards the school has a majority of its LEDs failed (not illuminated)
