Street light shining directly into house at night, all night

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
I was directed to this site from the VOWH D.C. website. We would like this street lamp to be permanently turned off. It is directly opposite our house and at night the light from this street lamp shines directly into our landing via the skylight and some front bedrooms, (see attached photo.) and we are fed up with it. This lamp is situated right by the Boundary House road junction which has a plethora of lighting and so there is no need for this street lamp, it is surplus to requirements and a waste of resources. It has the letter E at the top of it and the numbers 3 and 5 on the column. 3 being the first number with the number 5 below it.
