Why I reported last problem

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The issue of cyclists on Cornmarket and Queen Street seems to me to be getting worse. I asked friends and they reported the same. A friend said she was almost knocked over by a cyclist on the pavement in Summertown outside Sainsbury Local last week. I have reported it to the police - no reply yet. Could there be a publicity campaign? Bigger notices at the ends of the streets? Letter to Deliveroo about it from the council? Their riders are amongst those cycling between 10 and 6. Many of us older people not happy about shopping in the city centre now as we fear we will end up injured.
