Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The concreate around the manhole cover has crumbled and its outside house no 45. Its very close to a lamp post.

Thank you for your report. I have visited the site you pinpointed on the map, on the verge by 43-45 Eason Drive, see photos and assessed the 'manhole cover has crumbled ..... outside house no 45' issue you have identified.
Having checked our Highway Records and Drainage Maps, I can confirm that this manhole and the land that it is situated on is not part of the highway network that Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining at public expense.
You should try the owner of the manhole or the land it is situated on, e.g. the utility company, local Housing Association, Abingdon-on-Thames Town Council or Vale of White Horse District Council to pursue this matter. I am therefore closing this report.
