Public Footpath is blocked

Reported via desktop anonymously at 12:27, Mon 25 April 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

This public footpath is blocked by a fallen branch or tree, the only way to pass is to climb the fence into the field on the western side, pass the obstruction and climb back again. From this point onwards, south and then south westerly to the public highway the hedge on the eastern side needs to be cut right back as it is encroaching in the path making passage awkward
