  • Questionnaire filled in by problem reporter; State changed to: Fixed, 11:41, Thu 25 April 2013

  • The response was basically "not rough enough to fix. The surface is still crumbling and a manhole cover is raised causing a trip hazard for pedestrians. An elderly lady lives next door to Rose Villa

  • What is happening to this please?...the raised manhole outside Rose Villa on the pavement is a trip hazard and the pavement is breaking up

  • An update on this would be helpful please

  • This is very frustrating. Not only have I not received a reply to my most recent comment, nothing has happened. The footpathis crumbling. The manhole "frame" is proud by about 1inch. There is only a footpath on one side of the street. Children and parents walking to school cannot avoid this trip hazard. As mentioned before there is an elderly lady living next door. The manhole/pavement is dangerous!. Do we have to wait until someone trips and sues the council to get something done about this pavement area? David Church

  • And still, after months NOBODY can be bothered to even respond.. Disgraceful . What is the point of this system if it is systematically ignored!

  • Guess what...nobody has even bothered to respond. Perhaps I should ask my MP to assist ! tel 01295730200

  • The problem STILL remains and not a word of feedback. Appalling

  • Maybe when someone injures themselves , someone might have the decency to do something...or even acknowledge this note......what a farce
