Water running down road

There is what appears to be mains water running down the road. Possibly co-incided with new dropped kerb works.

  • The water in front of the dropped pavement is green (?stagnant). Pedestrians waiting to cross the road get sprayed if cars drive close to edge of road.

  • Water is still running down the road, we also have drainage issues so wonder if it is related?

  • Also the overgrown grass to the right of the crossing majorly affects visibility when trying to cross the road, having to step out onto the road to look for oncoming traffic.

  • There is again water running down the street, This will be a hazard when it starts to freeze.
