Confusion by traffic on mini roundabout and approach

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later
I drive into this area several times a week from Corn Street onto the mini roundabout and indicate to turn right onto Church Green. There is a significant problem here on a day to day basis particularly at school beginning and ending times when there is more traffic. I am very worried an accident will happen. The Angel pub has (due to The Pandemic) taken some road space for tables and this means the road immediately outside the Angel Pub is closed. The result of this means the traffic has to come around onto the road that is onto the mini roundabout. As there isn't room for two cars to pass each other it means frequently cars have to wait and are backed onto the roundabout which can be very dangerous. It is also very difficult to see what is coming around the corner as you proceed onto the green.
The other problem is the High Street has been closed to general traffic and is going to be permanent, but because there isn't official signage yet, many cars ignore it and just drive across anyway. My concerns are for the school children who are walking or being driven to school. The roundabout isn't being used as such as the traffic coming off the green towards the roundabout use it as a junction not a roundabout.
Photos attached do not really show extent of problem. Someone needs to be around at 8.25 am or 3pm to assess the chaos particularly when two cars are trying to squeeze into a single road and traffic is sitting on roundabout. I have observed several near misses.
