Poor disabled access.

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

On the access road from west street into Moorfield park there are some metal Chicane barriers. They are a bit tight for mobility scooters. Is there a possibility to look into having them moved / removed for better access for disabled residents.
