Speed limit needs reducing

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The speed limit needs reducing to 20mph with sign also the section between the health center and the industrial site and corringham gym needs traffic calming. Due to the excessive speed of traffic in a built up area.

The County Council is encouraging Parish Councils to consider if a 20mph speed limit may be beneficial within their parish and further details can be found here: https://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/ residents/ roads-and-transport/ traffic/ requesting-20mph

    We would suggest that, if you haven’t already, contacting your parish council so that they have opportunity to consider this in greater detail and, if they do decide to proceed, there is also a short application process for them within the same link above.
