Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I have not slept for 3 nights i reported the original light and they put a shield and turned it away from bedroom window so i very upset you have now put an even brighter light in please can you address this and call me to let me know when this will be sorted i cant work with no sleep
