Surface breaking up also drainage not working.

I reported the problem outside 181/183 Reading Rd sometime ago but has since got a lot worse. Also the drain at the side of the road is not working and when it rains a huge amount of water collects on the roadway soaking anyone who is unfortunately on the pavement when a car passes.

This pothole has been marked with paint for 10 days or more and is getting worse. When will it be fixed?

This pothole was marked with paint earlier this month and has got so much worse since I first reported it. I cannot understand why it has been left for so long without being repaired. Also the drain is still blocked.
