Road markings have diappeared and signage for the roundabout is obscured by hedges. Many drivers, especially those approaching from Milton Village, fail to recognise that there is a roundabout at the junction.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This problem has been there for at least the past six months and a collision at the junction is increasingly inevitable. I wonder where any legal liability for such a collision will fall.
