Hedge over hanging pavement

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a hedge on the corner of Church Street and Greys Hill which is over hanging the pavement. It really needs cutting back as you can not walk on the pavement. Please can this be looked into. Many thanks.
