Speed reduction and new light posts were introduced last year at Trenchard Avenue but work has stopped for the last 4 month and not been completed

Speed reduction and new light posts were introduced last year at Trenchard Avenue but work has stopped for the last 4 month and not been completed. Lots of unsurfaced pavements, many dangerous deep holes in the pavement with barriers fallen on the pavement and not providing the needed safety for road users. No enough signage on the road for the newly introduced speed reducing narrowing in the road which is a hazard for the road users.
