Shared Cycle Path Being Encroached

Due to lack of maintenance of grass verges along A40 from Thornhill to Risinghurst, 0.5m of the shared cycleway (Ride & Stride Route) has been lost. As part of Oxclean I went along with a shovel and uncovered part of the path 0.5m + which as be left to get overgrown. Previous fix my streets on this issue have been ignored. This gets muddy when wet and slippery 0.5m makes a big different when commuters are coming at speed on scooters, ebikes etc along this shared space when walking children to School. Please address to maintain the correct width along this shared route, which cyclist appear to demand priority over pedestrians.
