  • The lights in the Cattlemarket car park are STILL not working - please advise when they will be fixed as the whole area is very dark at night and is a well-used cut through to Lea Park estate.

  • The street lights not working are a real danger for anyone but especially women walking across the cattle market after dark. Please get this sorted before somebody either falls from some object unseen, or worst is attacked raped or murdered!

  • Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system which is in the process of being replaced. Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. However, bad weather, supply chain delivery delays and COVID isolation of fault repair crew members can and is leading to extended fault repair times currently. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.
