Loudly buzzing lamppost

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The lamppost marked '3' on Ash Avenue (between the building housing flats 2&4 and the building housing flats 172-182) buzzes loudly the entire time it is on and has been doing so for weeks. This is quite disruptive for sleeping!
