Lights not working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

These lights have been out for weeks now. I have phoned the council,and was promised a solution within days. I live in whitworth and have to access this area every day at least twice. I use a mobility scooter but my lights are very low so on a couple of occasions I've almost ended up in the canal,and twice I've hit the wooden decking because it's just so dark. Please can this be rectified .
