Over grown grass verge

Reported via mobile in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 10:25, Saturday 19 March 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

We had to change out slate to grass and add a boundary edge at the front of our property 8 months ago. We was told after that it was down to the council and highways to then take care of the cutting and maintance of that area as we do not own it. We laid the grass 8 months ago and although all other grass verges and areas owned by yourselves around the eastate has been maintained and had groundsmen out to cut them. Ours has been totally ignored and now very much overgrown. It needs a decent strim as a lawn mower would severly churn the area its that long. 8 months of no maintenance you can imagine the frustration we now have that it's severly overgrown and told it was not our property or responsibility to look after. And have awaited people for months to come out and cut the area. I have emailed the council with no avail and so told to contact you. So am now contacting you to come out as soon as possible to sort the issue out. It's all 3 grass verges at the front of our row of properties. Thank you
