Request to turn off, dim or shield street lighting

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I would like to request that this street lamp be one of those chosen to turn off at 12.30. Failing that could it be dimmed or a shield put up at the back? It is very close to, and shines directly into our bedroom windows. It disturbs the whole family's sleep even with blackout curtains. The sleep issues are affecting both young daughters and we are concerned not just about comfort but more serious health implications. We would be very grateful if the council would consider this.
