Blocked road gulley

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

A Large gulley on the North side of the High Street, Upton (adjacent to the Old Forge) is constantly getting blocked and whilst other gullies on the south side of the road have been cleared again today-(17th March) the blockage of this large one on the North side of the road had been missed again. The gulley does not seem to appear on drainage maps, which might explain why it is ignored.
