Prone to flooding, dangerous to exit in vehicle

Reported via desktop by Elisabeth Wood at 11:31, Tue 15 March 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Who is responsible for the maintenance of this road, Orchard Close, the sets at the point the Close joins to St Andrews Road are inoperable due to years of increased tarmac layers in St Andrews. They need renewing to prevent rainwater flowing into the Close from St Andrews. At that point double-yellow-lines are required to obstruct parking on the eastern corner.
