The traffic island/pedestrian refuge bollard has come loose and is lying in the traffic island area but could easily get blown into the road

    This is the light apparently changed rubbish this is so bright now John Harris said it was changed rubbish i cant sleep sort this now get him to inspect ive had enough 2 Grove cottage Hawke lane street light 1 move it to street light 5 urgent not happy get this done
