Mud on Road (continued)

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
I read with interest that you attended the Persimmon building site on Greenwood Avenue, Chinnor and reported that
"We visiting site last week and were informed they were adhering to the road sweeping etc and watched this whilst on site"
Well, this is the state of the road today (Saturday) and they are not even working, so this is leftovers from Friday. Do you think they might have put on a bit of a show for your inspection? (pic 1&2).
I live some 300-400m distant from the site and mud is being deposited at least this far (pic 3).

Regarding the detritus on the adjoining public highway, our Site Inspector has been out on several occasions to inform the site manager following complaints from residents. We also managed to get the developer to provide a sweeper daily for the duration of the working day, which we have photos and videos of. Our Site Inspector does monitor the roads when he is in the area. Damage to the verges will be picked up with the developer within the Section 278 Agreement.
Any concerns you have that relate to the Construction Traffic Management Plan will need to be raised directly with Planning Enforcement at SODC, as this would have been approved by them at the planning stage.
Kind regards Road Agreements
