Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The last time I checked my original report of this problem these drains were due to be cleared as "part of the cyclical maintenance programme." As yet - nothing has been done about them. Please indicate a date when they are due to be cleared under the maintenance programme cited.

  • As of today I have received no further information letting me know when these drains are scheduled to be cleared under the routine maintenance programme. It would be very helpful if you would kindly indicate a date. Thank you.

  • It is now Tuesday 5th April - and there has still been no action on the problem raised. I requested a date for the "routine maintenance" of the drains involved - but have not received any indication from your department. Please indicate what is going to be done about these drains.

  • Hello - I'm still waiting for some action on these drains!! When are they due for general maintenance? As I pay my Council taxes, a portion of which is for road maintenance, - I DO expect to receive a response and some service for my money!!!

  • Thank you for your previous reports.I have attended site today and have arranged for the gully outside your property to be cleared within the next 28days or sooner. Unfortunately I don't have the timetable for when programmed scheduled would have been completed
