Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later
Disabled, elderly resident unable to be independent because he needs to have a companion to negotiate this junction - having overbalanced when trying to cross the road on his wown the entire pavement from where he crosses Albio9n Street to outside the Crown and Cushion to Portland Place is narrow and in an extremely bad state of repair.

R and D markings appeared on the pavement on one side of the road but no other action taken in the more than three months since I notified you.
Action needed for this vulnerable resident.
