Constant problem with destroyed grass due to cars parking

Reported via desktop in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 17:32, Thursday 17 February 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hi, We have to constantly refill the mud hole that is caused by cars parking with their wheel on the grass. This makes the street look awful, especially outside the houses that this action affects as well as the mud trail that is left trailing down the road. I have now gotten to the stage where I feel that this needs be addressed - in all honesty, I can't see the reason why this little strip is grassed and might be better to be tarmaced. It is just simply an eye sore and is becoming increasingly frustrating. We have no issue with cars parking outside our house, the issue is with the damage being caused and by the unpleasant resulting effect.

  • Maple road grass verges are a disgrace and muddy caused by persons dropping off or collecting school sadly i can't leave a vehicle on the road all day to protect the verge because of stupid parking restriction ive seen neighbours cars with tickets on where they forgot to move them yet the blocking of pavements and driveways is totally ignored
