Thank you for getting back to me, unfortunately you suggested that the trees are on private land, which is not the case, as you can see they are on the edge of the back brook in Chalgrove on a public right of way from the high street through to the back brook and on to mill lane. Perhaps this helps with your assessment of ownership. Thank you , Mr Nash , 2b Adeane rd Chalgrove.
