Reported via desktop in the Gully and Catchpits category anonymously at 15:29, Sun 13 February 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

All Gulley drains on goring road between bridle path and Whitehorse road are now blocked. This is leading to standing water at lowest point in road making it dangerous for both drivers (and pedestrians using the path). Gulley drain on main road at Wood Green entrance to goring road have now been blocked for 2 1/2 years. Pleas can they be cleaned out to avoid a dangerous situation occurring for either driver or pedestrian.

  • This is still a problem, and is really getting urgent with all the rain we've been having recently. Please get it fixed ASAP.

  • It is noted that most of the gulleys on this stretch of road are still completely blocked (original concern raised beginning of february 2021). There is growing concern that heavy summer downpours will completely flood part of this road if the drains are not cleansed. There could be a high potential for danger to drivers, pedestrains and residents if gulleys are not cleared and cleansed.
