Multiple pedestrian rails missing.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a real danger of a fatality around this roundabout. Multiple scidents have happened over the last few years of it being redesigned cuasing damage to the pedestrian barriers/rails. These are meant to guidcand give some Protection to the public whist on the safety of the footpath. Please survey the junction and count how many barriers are now missing. God forbid a child getting knocked over due to a careless council not acting for over 3 years.
