Potholes full length of Homer Lane.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Your response to my previous report has totally missed the point. Homer Lane is an adopted highway up to the end of Homer Cottage beyond the farm. The sign at the end of the lane has always been present and was to discourage traffic not associated with the properties served by the lane. The responsibility for maintenance is with the Council as confirmed in the property deeds. Please reconsider your position.
