New cycle / pedestrian road markings

It is impossible to exit Electric Avenue safely without edging blindly into the cycle / pedestrian path . Vehicles often parked perfectly within their rights, in their designated parking means it here is no visibility to the left and similar story to the right with vegetation and signs etc obstructing the view. Further along the road at the electricity sub station a junction has been created and this it is very rarely used . It would be much safer for pedestrians / cyclists if a similar junction was marked up here ?
