Very poor repair failing after 2 weeks

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 19:12, Wed 26 January 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A large pot was fixed 2 weeks ago having been reported last May. However the fix has not addressed the issue as the tarmac has already split and the hole is opening up again as per images.

Council ref: ENQ22915024
