Dirty and non-illuminated 'keep left' signs in road.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

On Dunmore Road (and elsewhere) in Abingdon, the lights inside many internally illuminated 'keep left' signs on islands in the middle of the road have failed, and many of the reflective 'keep left' signs are so badly coated with mud as to be completely non-reflective. Consequently, against the endless glare of headlamps (especially LED headlamps) at night, these islands are effectively dangerously invisible.
