Lamp 12 Wood Street covered by Tree vegitation

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This lamp is almost completly covered by vegitation and combined with Lamp 11 WoodStreet which is out (previously reported) the junction of Wood Street and St Peter's St is totally dark at night. It is almost impassible for pedestrians in safety. Pleasse rate URGENT
