Lamp post light blocked by branches

The light from this lamp is being blocked by the branches and the leaves. This continues to grow and block more light. This is on a corner and outside a school.

  • This tree needs cutting back by trees team....only lighting for nursery school, and on a bend. street lighting have assessed and it needs tree team to attend asap.
