Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Over 50% of tree overhangs garden and outbuildings causing damage to roofs and patio. Previous pruning and management has been below the minimum requirements. Would like to investigate the possibility of felling this tree.

  • Thank you for your report. I have visited site and have inspected the tree. The tree appears to be in a reasonable condition on inspection with few defects observed, on this occasion no statutory works are appropriate on the tree as described in the enquiry. Should you notice a significant decline in the tree’s overall health, please feel free to get back in touch with us.
    The enquiry discusses damage to property as a result of
    a highway asset. As such it is necessary to contact the County’s insurance team to
    pursue this matter further. Information on this can be found on the County’s public
