Drain blocked at the top of Larkhill road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The first drain in the left hand side (from Faringdon Road) had been totally blocked for at least 8 years. During heavy rain the road floods to the middle, and any poor pedestrian happening to be there as a vehicle turns in gets SOAKED!! I would guess it's been reported many times over the years......
