Tree blocking the light from streetlight

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The is a streetlight that has been installed and the tree is growing around it, blocking the light and resident coming out of number 24 cannot see the steps to come down in the dark. The tree had been cut back recently but has not solved the issue so more needs to be cut to help. nothing wrong with the light

  • Thank you for your enquiry. I have visited site and observed the tree in its location. The tree appears to be in a reasonable condition on inspection with few defects observed, on this occasion no statutory works are appropriate on the tree as described in the enquiry. Should you notice a significant decline in the tree’s overall health, please feel free to get back in touch with us.
