Light not working for many months. The lamp is behind 20 Coromandel in the access road.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This lamp has not worked for many months. Pitch black in this cul de sac. The lamp was previously covered with ivy but all growth has been removed by locals. There seems to be water trapped in the lamp cover.
