Brambles obstructing footpath

Reported via desktop in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 21:37, Wednesday 12 January 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I have to regularly take my 89 year old Mother in a wheelchair along this footpath which is on the edge of Stoutsfield Close, adjoining Rutten lane. The sharp, thony brambles are growing across and overlapping the footpath and catch on clothing as we try and pass or catch on the whellchair and then flick back with the danger of injury as my Mothers face and eyes are at that level. This has been a probem for at least six months. Other users pass by with pushchairs etc. as the school and Playgroup are just a bit further along this footpath.
